Our designs consider the full project scope and provide clear, detailed drawings to ensure a smooth process from project design though construction.

I worked with Mike Rhodes on several large projects while we both were employed by Baskerville Donovan, Inc. (now Donovan-Hill Group). The largest was a $16M wastewater treatment facility expansion for the City of Panama City Beach. Mike Rhodes provided both power and I&C design services in this effort. Besides the design effort, the sequencing of the work to maintain operation and regulatory compliance was an even greater challenge. Mike worked long hours independently to deliver a quality, constructable set of contract documents in a timely fashion. He also provided construction phase engineering services to deliver a very successful facility expansion while maintaining operation and regulatory compliance.
